Always a top drawer experience with Reid from booking to service.Service man Mina was thorough, courteous and helpful, explaining how to improve furnace efficiency. Impeccable service during a practical EMERGENCY!!! Furnace went out during a -22 weather night..3 units in my building needed heat and fast. Company provided me mini heaters and moved around their busy schedule to come the NEXT MORNING!! From what the guys were telling me, my unit was particularly tough to disassemble but they were thorough and everything is up and running perfectly. Very happy with my purchase, my tenants are happy with the quieter furnace, the heat is perfect and more efficient. Will be using them again for my maintenance 100%!!

The technician was excellent and finished the job within 2 days after my old furnace died.
