When I hired Shane, he seemed like a personable and capable young man who was trying to start his business. To be fair, the job grew beyond his capabilities. I even paid him extra since he underestimated the cost of the job.
That said, the quality of the job was very poor with multiple cracks and a very rough surface. Furthermore, he covered most of the expansion joints and did not protect the windows during the job. Since the project was not completed due to weather, he committed to come back and complete the job this spring. After several missed commitments, he will not even return my calls now. Three contractors who have provided quotes to complete the job have stated that this is the worst job they have ever seen.
Ironically, he uses very select pictures from my job site to promote his business.

We selected Shane from Remcor Industries to execute minor repairs to our yard and driveway. Shane was honest and up front about Remcor Industries being a relatively new company however he insisted they had lots of experience in general contracting specifically masonry, tiles and standard residential / commercial construction services.
My wife and I decided to proceed with some smaller repairs as a test.... As things progressed Remoc handled the overall home and yard expansion project.
The entire process was a breathe of fresh air to finally find a company that shows up on time to do top quality work with impressively reasonable rates, not to mention Remoc's passion for safety was highly inspiring.
PS... Thank you Remcor for going above and beyond without expecting "EXTRAS"!!!!!!!
