I had used these guys about a year and a half ago. Recommended by a friend - will never go that route again. These guys were always late, did a poor job and left the job incomplete. I ended up having to hire another contractor to get the job. Worse off, they actually got me to pay HST and I am still looking for the HST number to this day.

My experience with this contractor turned into a nightmare. Did not live up to his end of the contract at all. We got taken for a lot of money. House was left gutted and unlivable for weeks. Excuses, lies and stall tactics every step of the way. Crew never on time. What little work that was done has to be redone by our new contractor. PLEASE, save yourself a lot of time, money and aggravation by staying away from this company. I wish someone had told me this in the beginning. ( I have pictures and the word of reputable contractors to support each claim I have made in this review and more).

We will be taking court action against Vince Grimaldi for breach of contract. He was paid $10,000 and left our house totalling unliveable and then came to us for more money. We were left with no toilet, no sink, no bathtub, no kitchen sink, counters, or cupboards, no electricity or properly installed plumbing and then he want more money to finish the job. Yes he will give you a contract to sign but fails to live up to the terms of it.

Project not completed. Hardwood flooring incorrectly laid and damaged. Assured buffing would be done to put hardwood to original purchase condition. Promised to return to repair basement ceiling damage from leak caused by sub-contractor, not done. Panels on kitchen island damaged on install.

I was just aware of this complaint yesterday, and i do understand that you did call twice about a piece of hidden trim that i did not get back to put on ...no excuse from me it should of been dealt with. basement ceil was a stain which i was to the understanding that if we gave you the primer you would paint it ....i did puddy and sand the lfted areas and it was done. Now the floors is a hole new story that was never mentioned to me ever so i can only assume it was just something made up for you to say....if their is a problem please feel free to pick phone up and call as would really like to see if this is all true as we do have pics that i can display here to verify that all was well when i we completed job as well as all the extras that was thrown in to boot
