Hired in May 2020 to remove existing tiles and install new tiles.
This company removed my tiles and delivered and installed 2 different kinds of tiles in June. The grout still needs so much work and is still falling apart. My house was so dusty you couldn't even tell the tiles apart until I cleaned for hours once the project was completed. I had to hire duct cleaning and hire cleaning company to be able to live in my house. My driveway and front steps was covered in cement mixture. Still not resolved to this day, days away from December. After months of waiting, new tiles were delivered but sitting in garage. Still no contact after promises broken repeatedly. Enough is enough.

I don't know where to start as there is so much I want to add. I hired this company Reno For Less (Fadi) the owner and asked him if he can handle a very large project on a new build and he said he could, the short of all of this was he was not true to his word, from the painting, using the cheapest quality and lied saying it was a high end and charged me a high end when it was a cheap paint all my trim through the house, also putting down my flooring when this was done there were marks and he said he would fix them and he did not the mess that was left and was not cleaned. In all of this everything was not done right. I was building a new home from scratch and the work through this home is bad, he brought a kitchen guy in and I trusted him and it is also a mess, I brought someone else in after it was done that I knew and he said this was a very cheap product, and Fadi charged me on a high end kitchen, like I said there is so much more to add, including the basement too, a hugh mess. I had to bring someone else in to repaint my whole house and fix the mess in the basement. I also contacted the kitchen company that Fadi hired to tell them we have many issues on the kitchen and they hung up on me. I have proof with loads of pictures if anyone is interested. Be very careful who you hire, and Reno For Less overcharged us big, big time.

Fadi and his crew renovated our living room, replacing the tiles with hardwood flooring. His crew demolished the washroom and renovated to give a brand new look. His team painted the whole house within the agreed time on the contract.
I would highly recommend Fadi and his 'Reno for less'.
The price was very reasonable with the friendly crew working with a finesse.

We are impressed by the professionalism of the team that helped us with our basement project that comes along with adding new full washroom that added a huge value to our house. This was our first time that we doing significant change in our house so we were kind of hesitated but we were lucky to have such a great team helping us doing this job that done within the time and budget.
