This contractor stole over $100,000 from a project that was never completed. Dan McDonald also frauded his RBQ number, and told us it was his "dad" because they shared the same last name. He is not licensed. Do not hire this company.

Daniel MacDonald (the owner of the company) disappeared for a month with our deposit, and still, no way for us to find him. His mother said that he was in a hospital, that he had some health problems. But in our latest conversation, she said that he has now disappeared from the hospital, and she doesn't know where he is.
Big deposit has been paid. No work has been done. And police is investigating this fraud case at the moment.
I'll update the review if/once we have any more information.

We hired Daniel back in August to work on our school project, he was responsible to provide mechanical engineering plans as par of his work, witch included the demolition of 20 classrooms and too reframe the rooms to new measurements.
The engineer responsible for the project took over 2 months too deliver the plans, causing massive project delays. However, once the work began, Daniel and his men provided excellent work, demolition was done fast and cleaned up quickly, framing was done even faster and Daniel was finished his work just before the holidays.
The performance of work was great, originally organization of the project was poorly maintained and managed, although in the end, Daniel managed to save us over $20,000, for this reason and reason only, we are providing a positive review.
