I hired Mark for a new house we purchased, we wanted a lot of work done such as fixing mold in bathroom walls and in the basement walls. We installed a shower in one of the bathroom, sanded living room floors and installed wood instead of ceramic in the entrance. He also replaced our stairs leading to the basement.
Mark was never punctual, he promised he would finish the work in 2 weeks and he ended up taking more than a month and many things were undone. He would disappear for days and not answer any calls or messages! All his work was of low quality and very bad finishing. He sweared a lot in the house and in front of my kids! He was supposed to also do our indoor staircase going up and just decided to change his mind last minute. Many of the jobs he did are coming apart in pieces and missing the finishing. I am very disappointed, we ended up paying him in full in the end and he said he would come back and finish a few things, gave us a couple of appointments and would never show up.
I advice you NOT to hire Mark! you will regret it!

i would like to say this company did a renovaton in my basement and the quality .of the work was top notch , the finish of the moulding is perfect and at the end of every day they would clean up and put all there tools in a corner very pleased with the work . thank you guys
