I asked Paul to come inspect my 1945 house and assess how we could run a return air vent to the second floor where there was none. Paul came the day after I first contacted him to provide a quote; at that moment we agreed to proceed with the work. The way he scoped out the job and gave a detailed quote estimate made me feel very confident in agreeing on the project. From the beginning, Paul knew what he wanted to do and how he'd do it.

Today he came and finished the job within a few hours (less than quoted), was very clean, and his work was phenomenal. We now have a return air vent running from the basement up a wall and to the second floor where it can pull hot, stagnant air.

I am near the end of a complete renovation of my house (over 90%) so I have dealt with numerous contractors in the last 2 years, some of which really disappointed us. Paul was one of the easiest and honest I hired. He was personable and very willing to answer my questions. His first start date had to be delayed to complete another project, which is understandable, but what was remarkable was that Paul called me the day before to let me know. Wow! Most contractors would just wait for you to call them.

Once he arrived, he explained what he was going to do. While reviewing the whole situation in closer detail, he found a couple of issues the last gas fitter failed to do so he corrected them for me. My only complaint was that I did not find him sooner. You will not regret hiring RGAS.

Paul did a very good job installing a furnace at my office. He ran all of the ductwork, connected the gas lines and also installed a hot water tank and connected the water lines. He was very professional during the entire job and he kept very good communication throughout the project. His prices were also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use his services again in the future and have already referred him to another contractor.
