We recently had our Eavestroughs and downspouts replaced by Reynolds Brothers, To my surprise, a crew of four showed that afternoon and worked efficiently and clean. I would highly recommend their experience; We decided to go with Reynolds Brothers based on other reviews from recent clients. The estimate was excellent; communication from the front office was great, so there was no misunderstanding. The quote we got was better than we expected that we received from other companies. We placed our deposit, and within a few weeks, the job was completed.

My roofer recommended Reynolds , who responded to a request for a quote within a few days. After a few back and forths on the quote for an insurance company, we submitted the quote. After receiving the go ahead from the insurance company, it was 6 weeks before they could start, because of unpredictable weather. After 6 weeks, the crew showed up, and the job was done in 3 days. Several minor improvements were suggested that resulted in a simpler, more rugged system that should work better than the previous system. Overall, job well done.

The new siding, eaves, soffit and fascia make our house look nicer and much fresher. We found the whole process from getting the quote to having the work done, to be seamless. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly. Reynolds Brothers did amazing work and were great to deal with, so we would highly recommend them.

They were wondeful people and workers and I would recommend them to others who want their eavestrough done. We could not ask for a better company than Reynolds Brothers. They did it on the day they promised and in the time frame too and cleaned up after themselves also. Excellent company!!!!! Very friendly also.

| Warranty | REYNOLDS BROTHERS EXTERIORS PROVIDES A LIMITED WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS ON MATERIAL FOR (20) YEARS AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS FROM DATE OF INSTALLATION.
 CUSTOMER WARRANTY IS NON-TRANSFERABLE. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of material installed and does not cover incidental damages.
 All repair work must be carried out by Reynolds Brothers Exteriors or its appointed agent. This warranty specifically excludes damage resulting from: Natural causes such as snow or ice buildup.
 
External forces applied to the gutter system such as ladders. Sealant and leaks are covered under warranty for the 5 year workmanship period. Steel roofs are not supported by warranty. 
 Any damage caused to heater cables, Christmas lights, snow guards or any other items left in place by the owner (ie reinstalling, moving or disturbing and such of heater cables, ect.) at the time of the installation. Damage caused by Homeowner or other parties. Improper maintenance of the gutters, downpipes and other exterior products installed including regular cleaning to remove built-up leaves and debris which restrict the free flow of water. If you believe you have a valid claim, please contact Reynolds Brothers Exteriors. We will assess the damage and come to an agreement on required repairs. Proof of purchase required for warranty. |
