Richard was the best price of the 3 places I got quotes from. The work was done quickly and professionally, and they did a great job of cleaning up the site when they were done. I would definitely recomment them.

TL;DR showed up too tired to drive, did a terrible service, berated me after asking what happened.

Unbelievably shocked at the service we were provided. After the recent wind storm, Richard came by with his card and offered to help us fix the shingles on our roof. Typically my husband would do a small job like that but he is working 6 days a week, so we decided to support a small, local business after just moving to the area.

Richard shows up and says he fixed the roof and told me we could "rest easy". He was also complaining about how tired he was from helping so many people and how he needed his ex to drive him around because he was so tired he couldn't drive himself.

After my husband took a look at the roof, he noticed the fix was not done properly and would not last long. When I emailed Richard to ask why it was done that way, he replied with 4 consecutive emails, swearing at me, telling me we were the kind of people nobody wanted to work for, telling me I should be thanking him and ending with telling me to "have your husband fix it".

We are so disappointed in a local service taking advantage of our family. Luckily, my husband is a handy guy and could tell how improper the job was done. I just hope he hasn't done the same thing to others who may not have thought to check or wouldn't know any better.

I would not trust this man to be near my home ever again.

UPDATE: after asking for a refund, he insists that he fixed the problem (even though he previously admitted to not doing it properly), told me I'm unthankful and a hater and then blocked me.

UPDATE: he refunded our money but threatened to sue us.

Richard agreed to fix my roof on very short notice even with his fully booked schedule. And he was very friendly even after working a long day. He did a very high-quality professional job and was very quick to get the job done. Would highly recommend this company.

A year ago I had Rich and his guys re shingle my garage roof and they did such a good job that I invited them back to finish the soffit, fascia, and gutters. Best company I’ve dealt with. Their professionalism and consideration for their customers property are next to none. They cleaned up my yard better than how it was when they got there and the pricing is very fair for the job they do. Thanks RGB for the work you do.

Second time hiring Richard and his crew for 2 separate projects. Last project was a high pitched roof on a 1950 home. RGB fixed all the weak spots, filled in old vent holes and replaced all the gutters in the time frame promised. The best thing I like about is RGB other than the craftsmanship is the clean up after the project. Not one nail or piece of garbage on the ground. Definitely will continue recommend RGB to anyone that asks.

Richard was just excellent. We received prompt and professional service. We lost some shingles in a bad wind storm recently and Richard went above and beyond to fix the issues. Within 24 hours everything was fixed up. Very happy with this great service!

RGB came out and replaced some siding for us. They are a great team - work done was excellent, he honoured the price he quoted, and that price was extremely reasonable.

We had some shingles blow off after a windy night I called RGB with a quick response,

they showed up the next day and fixed the roof at a excellent price, I would highly recommend RGB for any exterior needs.

I cant say enough about RGB Exteriors, I have had a problem with my soffit for over a year, goggle these guys showed up within a half hour and fixed my problems. They say third time lucky. Came over right away and fixed my problems, great guys. Highly recommend.
