I cannot say enough good things about this company. They did the tub glaze and were in and out quickly. There was no mess for me to clean up after. The two gentlemen were very professional and pleasant to deal with. I work in real estate and will certainly recommend them to my clients and friends. Thanks for the beautiful tub!

I called Jesse back in March to refinish an old claw-foot tub for client of mine in Ottawa. He was prompt and on-time, even calling me 1/2 hour beforehand which I really appreciated. He completed the work, cleaned up and told me not to hesitate calling him if there was any issues. It looked great and still looks great!

I contacted the company last week through their website. I was called back by the owner Jesse the same day and he took the time to explain the process, the cost and time it would take to complete the work. I was so impressed by his professionalism that I hired him to reglaze my tub and tiles. The final result was fantastic, my tub and tiles look like new! I will definitely be calling them back for reglazing my sink!

FOUR times Jesse came to reglaze my tub and within weeks each time, the glaze had come off and this last time, the paint is now flaking off and of no surprize, he is no longer taking my calls.
He was fast to return and lay blame on someone he was 'training' and then the third time took a while to get back to me - only on my saying he left no recourse but for me to contact BBB. After the fourth time, he's not responding and my tub is in worse shape that when he was first here.
My message to him was to please call back so he could make it right. So what now? I've lost my $ and he's nowhere to be found.
Nice enough guy, but just didn't do the job.

Our process starts with an industrial wash, after the bathtub is washed we acid etch the enamel. The acid etch brings the enamel to a faintly rough surface comparable to a chalkboard.
All caulking is removed.
We fill any chips and mask up the bathroom with drop cloths and then install a turbine to remove all odors.
After the bathroom is masked off we apply 2 coats of primer on the bathtub, after the primer is dried we spray on 3 coats of aliphatic acrylic urethane.
We then remove our drop cloths, apply new caulking.
The total time to reglaze a bathtub is 4 hours.
Your bathtub can be used the next day.
