Excellent, professional work performed by Roan Renovation! Project was completed on time and on budget. Price quoted to me was met and aside from a repair that needed to be done, budget was still met and didn't eat to much into our contingency plan.
One small hiccup that could have been avoided is to have all project requests in writing but problem was averted and overall, both me and my wife are extremely satisfied with the work and project undertaken.
