Roaron Construction Ltd began in 1987 and was incorporated in 1989. It started as a manufacturing and installation company for modified asphalt products such as crack sealants, paving binders, and waterproofing membranes.
For the past 30 years Roaron Construction has evolved mostly through word of mouth as an asphalt and concrete repair and protection specialist.
Our waterproofing work has evolved from a basic subcontractor to full project management. It completes full removal, preparation, repairs, installation and replacement of the hard and softscaping above the membrane.
We continue our original work of crack sealing, asphalt maintenance and repair but have evolved to complete replacement works, new construction and consultation services.
Our concrete repair services which started as removal and replacement now include specialized polymer repairs, crack repairs, carbon fibre and glass fibre strengthening, sealants and coatings, and full replacement or new construction.
For complete services we do landscaping work such as retaining walls, drainage, patio replacement, brick pavers, brick, stone, and block work, excavations, siding replacement.

| Warranty | Our work is warranted for variable periods depending on the service provided. Most work comes with a minimum 1 year manufactured product warranty. Our product warranty is backed with a labour warranty on most projects. Due to the variable work and products we handle, further information on a warranty can be provided once product use and site conditions are known. Examples of warranty differences: Crack sealing = 6 months as it is driven on and can be damaged easily from items such as large trucks. Waterproofing = 1-5 years depending on coating system. |
