I would re-use Robee 5. Excellent work ethic demonstrated by the team leads. Very happy with the construction quality of the custom pergola. They were very good about uncovering the full extent of the stucco-related water damage before beginning remediation which provides peace-of-mind. No false promises ahead of time, just good communication throughout the process.

We had a fantastic experience with Robee 5. The work was excellent, finished on time and on budget. We asked for a small change and it was incorporated smoothly. Jeff was always accessible by phone, Robbie and his crew were professional, friendly, always tidied up at the end of the day, and finished in the time anticipated. I would recommend Robee 5 without any hesitation.

I have an older home and he had to solve a few problems, such as uneven floors, crooked walls, and I feel he did a great job. My review of this company is long overdue. We have sincerely appreciated working with Jeff and his entire crew at Robee 5 Contracting. We hired this company a while back for a substantial project to rebuild our home after a devastating house fire left it unliveable. We were extremely pleased with all their design ideas, quality of work but most importantly the true kindness and patience we were shown during an incredibly difficult and stressful time in our lives. Throughout the entire process from start to finish this company always made time to address any of our questions and concerns. The entire crew was a pleasure to work with. They are customer oriented, honest and trustworthy. When surprises would arise which does with an older home we were always notified and the crew was quick to fix the problem. The finished product is outstanding! Jeff and the entire crew at Robee 5 Contracting gave me my dream home and I will be forever grateful to each and every one of them for the kindness and compassion that they showed us during a very difficult time. They took the time to educate me on the pros and cons of my options so I could make wise decisions without the pressure of being "sold" to. The work was done well. I could tell they wanted to ensure it was done right, and that I was happy with it.

A review written immediately after a successfully completed project is helpful to others in choosing a contractor but it doesn't necessarily reflect the long term quality of the work.

While I can't yet speak to the long term durability of the work done in this renovation, I can state that the attic and roof renovation that Jeff and Robbie's team did for my wife and I 3-4 years ago looks and works as well now as it did then.

I can also say that our more recent experience gutting our main bathroom, replacing some doors/windows, new range hood, then house wrap, insulation and new siding/shutters for our 1950s house went as well as could be reasonably expected. Any minor errors or confusions were quickly resolved to our satisfaction and the Robee 5 team worked around the delay caused when the shower stall we had ordered independently from a big box store arrived in the wrong colour and had to be re-ordered.

While this reno was the largest work we expect to do on this house, we will certainly contact Jeff and Robbie's team to quote on any future jobs.

The true test of any professional is the amount of repeat customers- we're two of them.

I contracted Robee 5 Contracting to provide complete exterior renovations to my 150 year old farm house. They constructed several additions to the building as well. I am extremely pleased with their experienced and quality work. Jeff, Robbie and their staff are professional, courteous and accommodating. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. The price quoted for the job was very fair and competitive. They kept me informed on every step of the process and are innovative in providing solutions to problems that always arise with such an undertaking.
