This is the second time I have had Rob’s Quality Construction do a renovation. First was my master bathroom, this time was my entire main floor. I was very pleased the first time, and this second time, and I am pretty sure I will use the company again for future Renos. They do a great job, are honest if they feel something won’t work and clean up everyday before they leave. One of the most important qualities to me is that I trust the company alone in my home. Every employee was respectful and polite.

We couldn't have been happier with Rob and his team and how smooth the process went. Right from the beginning, Rob was very approachable with his honest and straightforward assessment with the quote. The communication process throughout was excellent - we received emails advising us of the timelines of the upcoming week so we knew what to expect. Rob was very easy to get a hold of via. phone and text, and was very flexible and fair in his pricing when we wanted to make some adjustments along the way. Rob's team was amazing! Everyone was very friendly and respectful; they accommodated our schedules when needed while we were working from home. It was a pleasure to work with Rob’s Quality Construction for the second time. We had a basement flood in November, called Rob as soon as it occurred and he was quick and efficient in accessing the damage, giving us options and ideas within our budget. In a few weeks our basement was 100% and then some! We can’t wait to use Rob again for another Reno!

Rob's Quality Construction provided a main floor / hall / bedroom installation of a vinyl floor, baseboards, doors, trim and painting throughout. The price was fair and the contract provided was detailed and professional. Rob and his team arrived on time each day, provided quality workmanship and completed the job on time and on budget. Team members were personable, paid attention to details and it was a pleasure having them in our house. We had previously used Rob for a basement renovation and again we are very pleased with the results. We would highly recommend Rob's Quality Construction for your projects.

I hired Rob to install a shower in what was a half-bath in my basement. Among a few quotes, his was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive. But, he clearly understood some of the issues that would arise with this project as it was somewhat out of the ordinary. More importantly, he described to me how he would overcome the obstacles involved.

Rob uses sub-contractors for some of the work. He does not pretend to be an expert in every area of a rehab project. He (and his company) handled most of the work, but he used subs for the actual plumbing and the electrical aspects of the job.

What was so impressive about this arrangement was that the subs clearly understood that they were working for Rob really, and his schedule was their schedule. And, these subs did wonderful work. As Rob said, they are the experts (in that area), and they were!

Everyone came precisely when Rob said they would – himself included – and they did what Rob said they would do. Clearly, there was considerable communication among the different “experts.” Everyone was on the same page. In my experience this is a rarity.

And, while Rob listened patiently to my queries and suggestions, and worked with me on my desires, he was clear and firm about what could and could not be done.

Everything proceeded like clockwork and the finished project is perfect. Just perfect.

I always try to hire a company where the boss will be on the job. Rob’s Quality Construction fit the bill on this. He was like an orchestra conductor who also played first violin ??.

I made the right choice when I hired him.

Rob's Quality Construction provided outstanding service. A few things conspired against the completion of this project-namely delivery of the fireplace and COVID-19 pandemic so what was expected to be a 3 week project turned into 3 months BUT those were nothing to do with Rob and his team who worked with us to overcome these set backs and eventually get the job done in a very safe and timely manner once these things were sorted out. Communication was great which I believe is the most important part of providing a product and/or service. The quality of the work was all fantastic. All of the trades that are apart of Robs team are artisans of their trade and provide attention to detail that has sometimes been lacking from other renovations that we have done.

We chose Rob’s Quality Construction Corporation because of his high rating on HomeStars. This was our first renovation experience. I give Rob my highest recommendation and advise anyone to use his company to achieve their dreams for their homes.

Rob, himself, is the most patient and organized of men. I told him what I envisioned and he figured out how to achieve it. His suggestions never disappointed me and only made my renovation better. He was always available to listen to my concerns. He and his team kept close on schedule by overcoming what little trouble they ran into in a professional and skilled manner.

He is, also, the most honest businessman. His quote was very fair and when we changed a couple of things he immediately re-quoted and in one case did not increase his quote because he could complete the additional request coincidentally with what he was already doing. Remarkable!

I was able to acquire exactly the fixtures and tile that I wanted. Rob told me the businesses that he recommended and that gave him discounts but I was not obligated to shop there. Because I bought the fixtures myself, I will have recourse should any of them need warranty work.

His team is made up of only highly skilled workmen. They were a pleasure to have work in our residence. Every day we knew who was coming to work and what they were doing and each night they cleaned up so living in the house during the 3 weeks of renovation time was not an imposition at all. Our dog looked forward to see who was coming each day and so did we. We felt that they all had great respect for each other and Rob as well as respect for us.

The cabinetry in our kitchen is solid wood and we wanted a matching built-in. Great care was taken to match our cupboards so the kitchen looks beautifully unified.

Lastly, I want to give credit for the fine tile work in both the bathroom and kitchen. I presented them with some unusual choices of tile and stone and Poitr embraced them like the experienced professional he is. I have a kitchen and bathroom with a unique, sophisticated look that I am very proud of. Thanks Rob.W

Rob & his crew built a wall to close off a separate room in our basement, added a large storage closet, and painted the entire basement. We got a very reasonable quote right away, the work started within 2 weeks, everything was on time and completed in about 10 days. Honestly it could not have gone better. The final cost was exactly what we had been quoted and there wasn't a single glitch. Every person working in our home was punctual, courteous, and expertly qualified. The final result is actually better than we expected. I would not hesitate to hire Rob for our next project and would absolutely recommend him.

While looking for a contractor we were fortunate enough to see a main floor renovation that had been completed by Rob and his team. We were amazed at the quality and how happy the home owners were with the work done. Rob was the first contractor we called. Rob was polite and respectful every time he came to the house and all his workers were the same. All the workers were experienced and confident at their tasks. Any questions or concerns were all dealt with promptly. The end result was a bathroom that exceeded our expectations. We still can't get over how such a small bathroom can be so big!
