Can't say enough good things about Rob! He initially REFUSED to do the reno on our 100+ year old basement, since he had concerns about the structural integrity and the floor. Instead of suggesting "quick fixes" like other contractors did, he encouraged us to ask around, bring in other experts, and then get back to him. We're so glad we took his thoughtful advice. After structural issues were addressed, Rob came back and gave us a fair quote. His team did the work efficiently. Every individual who came to our home was courteous, detail oriented, and skilled. Rob watched over the whole process carefully. He guided us professionally through the city permit and inspection process. He responded quickly and appropriately to every question we had.

We now have a beautiful basement, delivered in a timely fashion, right on budget. It was a pleasure working with such an honest contractor. We give Rob and his team our highest recommendation.

We have had several negative experiences throughout the years and are always fearful of either poor workmanship or not fully completing the job..... The fact that we called Rob and his crew second year in a row for a project speaks for itself. Rob and his crew had finished our basement last year and they had done a marvellous job. We decided to redo our ensuite and called Rob back. As usual, Rob provided a full quote, started the project on time, kept the communication channel open all the time, updated us regularly and completed the project on time and at the quoted price. The fact that working with Rob assures one zero headaches, no running around, no chasing people and that the work gets finished with laughter and joy while problem solving colour selection, layout, finishes is shear joy. Rob’d Quality Construction finishes our basement in April of 2018. Rob was professional and always answered any questions or concerns we had. We were told the timeline for the project was 4 weeks plus or minus two days. It ended up taking five weeks altogether which we were very pleased about (we have family members whose renovations went much, much longer). We had a wonderful renovation experience with Rob's Quality Construction. From beginning to end the work on our two bathrooms was done very well. The tiler was meticulous and took a great deal of pride in his work as well as being very friendly. The plumber was very good and friendly as well. We found Rob to be very prompt and professional while being friendly at the same time. You can tell that he has a great deal of experience since the reviews and photos speak for themselves. Rob's Quality Construction did an excellent job on our basement renovation. The work was done on schedule, within the contract amount and to a high standard. Rob was great to work with - punctual and courteous. I would hire them again and recommend them highly.

We were extremely happy with the work Rob and his team provided. Although we had partially completed our reno (framing/insulation/wall drywall), Rob was open to finishing things up (subfloor, flooring, ceiling framing and drywall + drop ceiling), as well as a bathroom re-do. Most other contractors wouldn't even respond to our RFQ. The team was always on-time, would stay late to finish things off as needed, and did a very good quality job. If there were cases when some couldn't come to the house, it was always preceded with ample notification so we could plan around things. Questions/issues were always resolved to our satisfaction, and there was a lot of flexibility based on some of our changes mid-way through. We'd be happy to endorse Rob and his team.

First of all... Rob and his crew are not only excellent skilled workers in everything they do... but just as or even more importantly... they are all amazing, hard working, down to earth, everyday people and unfortunately these days that just isn't as common as it may have been of days ago...

We had Rob over as our last estimate. Rob went above and beyond in so many ways and then some!!! We are a new family with a 1 year old baby and maybe more on the way! We wanted to finish the basement to have the space for options, kids toys, storage and to be functional instead of the cold, dark, cement big jail cell that it USE to be! The worst part in our house is now the favorite lol! :)

My wife and I were blown away with Rob, his experience, knowledge and suggestions like to consider carpeting the stairs going down to the basement to make them a little more easy going for when the kids slide down on their butts, or run down with they friends to play! Also, another tip and something which he highly suggested was to build, from scratch half walls leading down to the basement to prevent some wild, lively, 1-2-3 year old kids from falling out the sides by accident lets say...

Rob and his crew were able to take everything we needed, wanted and hoped for and make it a reality within budget and on time. A couple previous estimates/contractor's had evaluated our basement layout and rough in's regarding a bathroom with shower. Both of the 2, right away said - Hey, we can put a corner shower right there! That was not really appealing to us at ALL. My wife and I had mentioned this to Rob and with a little Magic and a lot of experience and maybe a jackhammer? Rob and the crew were able to run us new pipes, drains and give us a Full size 60 x 32 stand up/walk in shower that we had hoped for with fingers crossed. All of our neighbor's are in disbelief as they were sold the corner shower as the "easy" way out by the contractors they used. It was work, but Rob made it a reality!!!!! We we're always impressed with everyone working on our project always giving us a Hello, Good Day etc and keeping us in the loop about progress and activity. Rob was always kind and respectful to give us notice when things might be a little extra, busy or noisy so my wife was able to plan to take the baby out for the day to the mall, Grammie's etc.

All and all we can NOT say ENOUGH good things about Rob and his crew. We we're scared to death about getting this Basement Reno project done and dealing with Rob couldn't have been easier! Everything was top notch and then some.
