Rockford build us a beautiful custom 4-bedroom 2.5 bath home home just outside of Calgary in Chestermere. They spent months perfecting the custom design with us and working with the town of Chestermere to allow us to be able to build on our land. Rockford gave us a beautiful home at a very reasonable price, they didn't try to up charges sell us and paid attention to each and every service and tradespeople that did work on our house demanding that they build above the standard. We were so impressed with that. They had several inspections through the duration of each service provided to make sure the quality was extremely high. At the end we received a beautifully built home a very reasonable price and they didn't try to up charge us to pay close attention to each and every trade that went in and had several inspections through out the building of each service provided to make sure the quality was extremely high. We never worked with a builder with such caring and compassion before. We absolutely love our home and plan on building another one with Rockford this year. We absolutely loved The whole experience.
