The day after posting a bad review on this site Rockwell Aluminum showed up to fix a piece of fascia that had almost ripped completely off in a wind storm (it was banging against our steel roof for 12 days since that time) and the eavestrough on one side of our house that was coming loose. There had been a lot of telephone messages left (on my part) but no resolution, a lot of stress, aggravation and lost sleep. However, as they did eventually come to fix it I am updating my initial review. I wish I had posted my initial review sooner, as this was what prompted the visit from the company last Friday.
I am still not sure why the initial (quoted) 'three day' job took four months, even if my house was 'hard to work on'; for this reason and the recent issues I have had, I am sorry to say that I cannot give them a glowing review; the company could work towards better communication with their clients, and within the company.
The 'average' rating for cleanliness is due to the fact that we constantly had to check around our property after we got home from work, over a four month period, to look for bits of sharp metal and nails/screws as we have dogs and never knew when anyone was showing up to work on our house. If the job stayed within or near the quoted time frame it would not have been so bad.
The end result does look very nice and I appreciate the fact that they stood by their warranty.
I remember this house vividly and recall these customers to be very good and understanding people. When dealing with houses that are very old in structure, wood is not always straight when eavestroughs are put on. This is why there was a small gap in the eave and fascia. Another problem was that the roofer did not add a dripedge and the metal roof was short of making the water go to the eave. We had to take extra time and put this extra piece in all around the house. The house may sound smaller but it happens to be 3 1/2 stories and is literally 3ft away from the neighbour's house which makes the process of access a lot harder.
We did repair the fascia that blew off in the "windstorm" to make the customer happy. To my recollection, it was done within two weeks.
Sorry for the inconvenience but hopefully the issued is fully resolved.

We are a Renovation Company...Northern Edge Construction
We have been using Rockwell Aluminum for over a year on many of our projects.
Mike and Mark are very easy to work with, always stay true to their Quotes, show up when they say they will show up, they get in and out....and do amazing work.
IF we have any issues or the client wants something changed or altered, they come right back and take care of it.
I would highly recommend Rockwell Aluminum
I was initially very pleased with the service, the work was done at the quoted price which was great. They were both really friendly.
You can see in the pictures that their workmanship speaks for its self. After 7 months of this siding up a wind storm has ripped of a section of my new siding.
I was told that " The thing is the way your home was built it only had the exterior stud board and dry wall on the outside. That's the reason it came off the first time because it was nailed to drywall not plywood. When we took it down we did our best to hit the stud boards. We can repair it one time but it may come down again unless the dry wall is replaced with plywood."
This was NOT discussed prior to work starting nor did the estimate include any drywall removal. Now I'm left with it looking almost exactly the way it was before the work started.
I would not recommend these guys to anyone.

Seamless eavestroughs or gutters are essential to lead water away from your home. Downspouts need to be in good working order to provide water flow.
Choosing the right type of caulking for the job is critical for keeping water out. Good caulking will protect windows and doors from moisture and drafts.
