Representative was efficient, friendly and answered questions. Suggested addition of downspouts in 2 areas where water ran over shingles from one roofline to the next and had discoloured previous shingles. Shingles arrived on day expected. Workers arrived first thing on day expected. Were polite and quiet while performing work. No loud music or yelling to each other except to communicate about work. Worked steady and finished job in one day. Tarps put down, clean up complete. Roof looks great.
