These guys do terrible work. And refuse to correct their mistakes. Honestly wouldn't recommend Don Ball to anyone needing quality flooring installation. Our floor was not leveled correctly. And air vents were not correctly reinforced. So now left with problems.

Don was a highly recommended consultant referred by a friend of mine.. I called him to ask about a basement renovations. He came an assessed the area. After getting the information required for the job; his team came and did the job. Amazing job from measuring...quote..tiles..and the items we wanted for our basement. I am so happy with the work. Precise to what we were looking for.
