Quote was far below others and very detailed quote in terms of what was provided and services. Came back four times before work started to ensure the plan was what we wanted. I am a real handy man, I can hand any man any tool or money order, he made this so easy and really enjoyed Ken and Oky when the were working. I would hire Ken's company again without question.

Ken and Oky designed and installed a stone patio at our duplex. Ken talked to local businesses and determined the amount of material needed for the job and the cost of said material. This resulted in a savings of 50% from the initial quote to the one we eventually settled on. Ken also contacted equipment contractors to facilitate the removal of materials from the site. Then Ken and Oky built the patio and finished the landscaping. The addition of a sandpit in the design was welcomed by our grandson who doesn't want to leave it!

Ken was an absolute gem with this project. He designed the basement and provided a 3 D plan that allowed me to visualize the finished product. He then helped select the materials that we we re going to use to complete the job as well as selecting the various trades people to do the work. He took a hands on approach to ensure that the trades people completed the job as per instructions and made sure he was available when city inspections were done.In addition to doing the finished carpentry he ensured that the best materials were selected and the best prices were paid.The best part of the job was that Ken didn't hesitate to tell me if my ideas were impractical or too expensive and he always had a sound reason for doing the project in the best way possible.

Was very helpful in letting us know what would be up to code from our plans and how to make thing up to code. Let us know how to acquire permits and coordinated with out side contractors (i.e. plumbers, electricians, and HVAC) that we hired to bring the project together.

Kept us from being cheated by a mold remediation company that tried to strip the house for a small section of mold on an exterior wall.

We are going to be using them to remodel our kitchen, replace our doors, and renovate our other bathroom. Very satisfied.

When I contacted this company some of the work had been "attempted" by others. The representative Ken told me what was wrong -as if I needed reminding. He then proceeded to outline a course of action and when I hired him he began in earnest. I found that he was knowledgeable about the various components of the job and facilitated the finding, hiring and supervising of various trades for the completion of the job. I found that he seemed to doing the job as if it was for himself and he was paying for it! He never hesitated to question the cost and/or quality of work and materials being done.
