Bad new Faucet installed (replaced my good faucet)! plus faulty shutoffvalve was not! The latter was in fact the problem! No return calls or proper billing detail ever supplied for $500 interac sent prior to starting job! Contractor awol/mia for 3weeks now! Caveat emptor!

Ryan seems like a nice fellow. I will see about his work quality and budget skills re my projects as he does more to help me stay competitive, especially re pricing projects he is good at. He seems willing to take other reno jobs, and if his pricing is good for me (and is a pro), then I will consider giving him more projects!
