Kate and her group did a great job. In particular, Kate was communicative and attentive throughout the process. Workers showed up every work day. The job was completed on time and on budget.

As an Aerospace Engineering consultant, I researched from high profile giants to specialists in this biz, before finalizing my decision to go with Kitchen RW.

Kate was really friendly and helpful with our renovation. She presented many design ideas and elements that we've never thought of before, and took our kitchen to the next level. Mr. Lee, Tom, and the rest of the team was always super friendly and punctual, they got the job done neatly and quickly. Our kitchen now looks amazing and we couldn't have gotten a better team to do it!

Our contractor gutted our lake house kitchen, we then went looking at big box stores with our kitchen ideas, we were shocked by the huge cost estimates that we received, not even sold wood cabinets !!
Our contractor suggested a kitchen person he knew, RW Kitchens... We met with Kate and gave her some ideas of what we wanted, over the next few weeks Kate designed our kitchen, emailing back and forth with changes that we make, she was always patience and quick to answer us back.
She was wonderful and very knowledgeable, once we finalized our design she came and did her final measurements and the cabinets were ordered.
4 days later... Yes 4 days later they were installed by Kate's team, she was there paying attention to every detail, once they were complete she then took her measurements for the countertops, we choose Quartz from Kates large selection of style and materials as we also did with the cabinets which are 100 % solid wood and soft close, she also supplied and installed the dish soap dispenser, sink, stove fan and crown molding.
Kate has completed all we asked of her and her team, we are doing the floors ourself though Kate also has flooring that her and her team can install, since we still have our contractor building a great room for us, we will finish the floors once the addition is complete.
Kate did am amazing job, she also had to drive 2 hours each way every time she came up for measurements and installation.
One of the greatest things is start to finish our new kitchen (24x20) cost under $25,000 Materials and labor!! Big box stores estimate for their particleboard cabinets with out installation was higher than what we paid for the whole job Before countertops were even looked at??

1. Drawing /Design of kitchen, bathroom, fireplace and the floor layout.
2. Payment and project stages plan were to our satisfaction.
3. The project progressed and completed as per schedule.
4. Responsive before the work, during the work and after the completion of the project.
I am very pleased with the outcome and consider our basement as a show piece.
