Poor workmanship; poor quality of materials, failure to complete the job, refused to return, did not answer phone calls. May 16th I was promised that my deck would be finished – I have hired another contractor to finish the job. I do not want Serve All on my property.
June 10 - to date Serve All Developments has not contacted me by phone and Kent Lumber cannot believe the workmanship or the lumber that was used. RenoQuotes has been trying to reach this company, spoke once and cannot reach him again. Very poor business ethics. Deck started April 16th - still not happy.
The services provided to Krista MacDougall have been timely. She contacted us recently regarding some concerns she had.
1) Unhappy with 4x4 rail posts as they cracked. The cause way simply from the heat of the sun. We agreed to put caps on 4x4 posts and pin any cracks. We cannot control treated materials (Green) that cracked. They were in good condition when installed.
2)Some areas where the 5/4 x 6" decking was installed wood has small splits in it. We have agreed to run belt sander lightly over these areas.
We will complete these repairs immediately. For the records treated materials were purchased from Kent Building Supplies in Lower Sackville, NS.
