ServiceMaster of the Valley has been providing restoration services since 1980. Our services area includes Kings, Annapolis, Digby Counties as well as the Town of Windsor and the surrounding areas.
We offer one-stop restoration services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. As a one-stop contractor, we coordinate and manage all work required to return a damaged property to pre-loss condition. This process is not only convenient for our customers but also provides for an efficient workflow that enables the work to be completed in a timely manner.
Our company is an IICRC certified firm. This designation assures our customers that we have training and equipment necessary to carry out restoration work. It also assures our customers that we have up to date liability insurance and workers compensation. Staff certification from IICRC include; water damage restoration, odour control, fire and smoke restoration, health and safety, applied structural drying and Applied Microbial Remediation.
Over the years we have been called upon to provide levels of services ranging from minor furnace blow-backs to major fire reconstruction for both residential and commercial properties. Our water restoration services range from minor flooded basements to the major restoration of two schools damaged by Hurricane Juan in 2004. Our windstorm service includes emergency repairs to roofs, removal of fallen trees from buildings and replacement of siding, outbuildings and fences.

| Warranty | The Contractor warrants that all items furnished and/or installed, or work performed, under this contract, are of best quality and free from defects in material, equipment, and workmanship, and in accordance with the Contract Documents for this project. The Contractor agrees to replace or repair, to the satisfaction of the Customer, all work, materials and/or equipment, together with all other work that it may damage or displace in doing so, for a period of one year from the Date of Substantial Completion as set by the Architect. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear under normal conditions, abuse, or neglect of the work, materials or equipment. All repairs or replacements shall have a correction period equal to the original correction period as herein stated, dating from the final acceptance of repairs or replacement. |
