Had him come in to complete a job started by another person that couldn't finish. He showed up the day of pour and said he couldn't find the curved mold for stairs he said he would use. Used so much release powder my neighbour's had to wash their yard down. Used too much acid on stairs leaving holes. Has not come back to fix or finish the job.

| Warranty | ShamRoc Concrete Services LTD Five-year Warranty For Regular & Designer Concrete ShamRoc Concrete Services LTD pledges to its customers that all materials and workmanship that we provide will be free of defects and will perform properly for a period of five years from the day of commencement of use, substantial completion of the project, or a date of notice of completion of the project, whichever is the first to occur. Within 10 days of the first knowledge of any defect ShamRoc Concrete Services LTD is to be notified, in writing, of the defect by the owner or his/her agents, ShamRoc Concrete Services LTD shall be given first opportunity to promptly repair, replace, and/or correct item found to be defective, at no cost to the owner. This warranty does not apply to any construction work that has been subjected to an accident, misuse and/or abuse, nor to any construction work that has been modified, altered, defaced, and/or had repairs made/attempted by others. Definitions Craftsmanship- We follow all American Concrete Institute recommended guidelines with respect to proper placement, jointing, finishing, and curing of concrete. The sub base will be mechanically compacted and the concrete will be jointed every 12 feet or less to reduce random cracking. We use a minimum of 28 MPa concrete. Thirty days after placement, or at the first available opportunity thereafter, the concrete will be pressure washed and sealed. Concrete Cracks- ShamRoc Concrete Services LTD does not expect random cracks to occur but ShamRoc Concrete Services LTD does not warrant this pavement to be totally crack free. We anticipate the stress the new concrete is subjected to and install expansion joints and tooled joints to minimize cracking. We will repair concrete cracks only if the crack is greater than ¼” wide or ¼” in vertical displacement. Repair of concrete cracks with caulk is acceptable.
