Simply Renovations

Tanner was referred to me by a friend a couple of years ago, and did renovations on my main and master baths. I hired him again this fall to do a kitchen reno for me - tearing down the wall between my kitchen and dining/living room area, and putting in new cabinets and an island with a sink, as well as getting rid of my popcorn ceilings in all those areas.

I had a general idea of what I wanted, and Tanner put it altogether so that I could see what it would look like. He is easy to work with, he listens well, and gives good advice, and he took care of the many details that are involved. His prices are reasonable, he takes pride in his work, and it is well done. He works quickly, cleans up after his days work, and he finished the project on time within my budget.

Tanner did a good job for us; we found him through a friend. He listened to our requests and provided numerous options when we wanted to renovate our daughters/guest bathroom. He removed the old bath, the old drywall and installed a new bath with shower, new cement board with 2 niches which were a real bonus, new tiles with mosaics and finished it off really nice. Tanner was polite throughout and worked quietly & efficiently and cleaned-up after himself. I would recommend Tanner.
