Great work by Balbir ji...he really went above and beyond to settle things in the exact way they should...and also took step to make things right beyond my comprehension.
was really a pleasure to work with Balbir ji and his really courteos and well trained team.
Timeline of delivery could have been better.. but I would give him benefit as most of my work was done during lock down period due to covid19, it must have been difficult to get supplies.

Balbir provided us with great service. He is highly professional and knowledgeable of various city/building requirements to legalize a basement apartment. We started off with a simple legalization but the city inspector demanded we open our plumbing lines and walls to show the existing venting and insulation. This threw us off our initial budget but balbir and his team understood our situation and helped us with the best lowest rates they could complete the project at. Throughout the project, they kept us informed every step of the way. Their guys started work at 8.00 am and would stay until 11.00 pm sometimes, so they could finish the project on time. Balbir and team are very knowledgeable and provided end to end services for completion of project. They worked on our electrical, plumbing, hvac, new tiling, kitchen, washroom, sound proof and fire rated ceilings, fire rated doors, exterior wall leaks etc. Overall the project was delayed by 2 weeks but that's because there were unexpected delays and new things to be changed as per city inspectors. I cannot hold them responsible for those delays. Throughout the project they kept us stressfree and provided us with a solution when there was a problem. I highly recommend using him and his team to complete a renovation project of any kind.

They are extremely creative and insightful. I have used them also for new counter tops and backsplash in the Kitchen of my Brampton home. They fixed Plumbing problem in rental basement. They do all small and big projects professionally.
