This was the first time I called Smile Heating & Cooling for a Tune-up Maintenance on a Rheem Furnace and Hot Water Heater. I was booked in 3 business days. They first called before they came and were here in minutes. I left them to do their work and it was not a quick in and out as I have experienced before. They were here over 2 hours. It is a set rate and I was not charged more.
They gave me a Furnace Maintenance completed Check List. I have never gotten that before and explained to me about the furnace and everything was good.
The hot water heater needed a replacement ignitor assembly which they showed me and explained what was needed. They were concerned about the price of a new one to me and called me from the supplier with the price when they left to pick one up - and were back here to install it right after. I now trust my furnace and hot water heater will be trouble free and at top running condition for another winter and year.
The guys were friendly and courteous and I will use Smile Heating and Cooling again for all my furnace and plumbing needs. Highly Recommended.

Genadi and his team are among the friendliest and most knowledgable people I have had the pleasure to work in the 15 years of onging my own home and rental properties. They were able to more accurately assess what my real requirements were for both my hot water and couple of AC units. Their in depth knowledge about the suppliers and manufacturers is absolutely invaluable and went along way to providing me with a reliable product at a reasonable rate.
