I am still doing landscaping with Sofia Construction.
They don't tell you what kind of material or rocks they are going to use for the landscaping. Trees they got was very thin and not even healthy, shrubs were all different and placed in random order in the front.
They just find the cheapest material and design is awful.
Communication is very difficult as I cannot reach him for weeks.
I still need to get Approval and Certificate from the city which Sofia construction has to pay a fee to the surveyor, but has not paid yet and I am still calling them everyday to pay for that. I feel like they are ignoring me because I already paid the full amount of the landscaping. Please do not go through any work with them. Communication is worst of the worst.
