Beware this contractor is a Fraud and Conman.I hired this contractor on 18feb to renovate a 750 sq.feet space. He already has received all money and did not even finish 20% of the work till date. Its almost three months.His tactic is that he will ask money saying that he needs to buy material and pay workers.I paid him and then one day when I went to see the progress to my surprise he had disappeared with tools.
Anybody trying to deal with this company and this contractor beware.The guy work so slow and has no concept of timeliness. Do not hire this guy if you want to save your hard earned money and yourself from the headache.
