Horrible person to deal with. Took 5 months to do 2 decks. Would not show on when he said he would. Showed up on days after rain storms and complained that the deck was wet. Then tried to bill me for his trips on wet days.

Both Shane and Misha were friendly and polite. They started and completed the job in a timely manner with very little if any disruption to our day despite the fact that summer 2011 was the monsoon season in our area. They gave me a budget which they kept. They even came up with a very creative solution to the rain water scupper which continual clogged with leaves in the autumn, easy to clear and very effective. The installation looks great and we hope that we have as much luck with this Duradek as we did with the first which was good after 30 years except for the hole I put in it.
