I didn't like the quality of service received by Joe Randall and his help. I request a laundry tub to be replaced with a new one, window frame replaced (due to rot) and painted.
The laundry tub faucet was installed backwards so the knobs to turn towards the wall (make contact before they were fully opened). I asked about it right after and asked the faucet to be reversed.
I also requested the window frame outside to be replaced, out of 6 panels only 2 were replaced. The paint job done on the frame was terrible. It was very sloppy and went on the vinyl case around the window. I pointed out the paint job and how it was all over the place while Joe's associate was painting and Joe advised that we should let him finish and he will go clean it up after. At the end I was told it was to cover the paint job from before as it was not done properly and it could not be scraped off nor the vinyl piece replaced.
There was also paint splattered over the shingles which I noticed the next day as I look out the window. Overall, they took the whole day to do something which should of taken 1-2 hours and quality was no where close to being acceptable.
I tried to reach out to Joe and never received a response. I will have to get another contractor to fix and redo the work done by Joe.
I would accept this review if the customer told the whole truth ie yes the taps were installed in a fashion that he believed was wrong but I dismantled the whole launry tub and did the job again to the way he wanted. Guess he forgot to mention that. We try to go over and above on all projects however you cannot please all i am sorry you feel this way.
Also you can see on another site that he changes the way that he verifies that we did indeed do what I said.
