We had recently moved into our new home and the stairs were in pretty bad shape. We got in touch with Stairs First after having heard about them from a friend who had worked with them before and were not disappointed. They were able to repair our stairs and worked closely with us in finding the perfect runner to match the flow of our home. Once we had selected the runner and the style of our stairs, they got started the following week on the repairs. All in, they were able to repair our stairs and have the runner installed in a period of one week (we needed extensive repairs). We loved the style of the runner so much that we asked them to make a custom hallway runner with the same design and they were able to do that. I would highly recommend them to others! Their technicians were well informed, kind, and very helpful.
