Starbrush Painting

Valli and his team were excellent! My home is a large two-story with LOTS of trim. Not a drop of paint anywhere, highly percise with all the edges, used quality products, and no mess left behind. Valli and his crew were friendly and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

We're so glad we took Valli's advice about choosing colours because his ideas turned out beautifully. Additionally, we have three kids, and pets and they were so kind and considerate of them; my children were actually sad when the painting was finished and they couldn't see them anymore. I have used Starbrush Painting over the last 4 years on multiple projects at the Hershey Canada, Brookside Plant in Abbotsford, BC. I was not satisfied with the unprofessional way this company handled the errors made on my painting of trim/fence/shed/deck/chimney and facia boards. Parts of the job were not finished, They had to come back and paint the 4th side of the shed and the facia on the chimney still is not completed and the colour of the chimney was not a very good match. Also, the unprofessinal way this was handled left me with a poor opinion of this company. Clean up and paint spills were also an issue.

Rebuttal to contractors comments. All the wood etc WAS removed from back of shed by ME( I believe it was his helper that probably moved it back, but I know it was all moved before the job was started) so that comment is totally false. As far as hiring a boom to paint to pieces of fascia board on the chimney, that is ludicrous. A handyman put them up for me last year just using a ladder so I know it can be done without hiring special equipment. The company that put the new fence up for me last year, said they could restain it, but because it was a brand new fence it should all be sanded first, contractor was not willing to do that!!! The chimney is better than it was but again, I think the colour match could have been better if more time had been put into it. My neighbor has mentioned to me several times how rude the contractor was about using his yard as well. No further action is required as I have hired someone else to fix the areas still not completed. ie. the back side of the fascia on the chimney!!!

Valli did a wonderful job of painting our interior. He was very knowledgeable and helped with questions we had, and gave us great information on a second colour. He was curtious, punctual, careful, accurate and fun. As was Jessie. Completed the job in a very timely manner. We would use Valli again for sure, and also refer him to others. Thanks Valli and Jessie, for a job well done.

We were very happy with the service we recieved from Starbrush Painting. Valli was very knowledgeable and helpful, providing advice and recommendations. His helper Jessie also did some extras which were much appreciated. We would definitely use Starbrush in the future for other painting projects.
