Looking for a local contractor to re-do our second bathroom completely, we were pleasantly surprised and impressed to find in Aurora, Stillwaters Kitchen & Bath Showroom that carries exceptional, high end fixtures and cabinets. From our first visit, the Staff impressed us with their courtesy and professionalism and after consultation, a detailed, accurate estimate. All aspects of the job were meticulously explained as well as relevant suggestions offered and once Team Stillwaters received the go ahead, they have been beyond perfect, communicating with us constantly and treating a small job that involved some custom made improvements, as if it were their own . The job was finished on time and within the budget and the end result is amazing !
Unfortunately we can only rate Stillwaters Kitchen & Bath as "Excellent" on your form - they certainly are way beyond that !

As a former owner of a custom window manufacture, I have spent 20 years getting to know many contractors in the Toronto area.
I have also had the unfortunate experience of seeing a whole lot of home renovations gone bad in the eyes of the home owner. So needless to say, I was very apprehensive when it came time to renovate my own home. We invited several companies to bid on our extensive home renovations. But when my wife and I initially met Sam and Svetlana we knew right away we wanted them to do our renovations. So when Still Waters Kitchen & Bath came in very competitive, we were sold. You will not meet a more caring, dedicated and professional group of individuals as in the Still Waters Team. Their dedication to making sure the job is done right and their clients are happy are their main priorities. Darlene, their Project Manager, is on top of every stage of your renovation making sure you as a client are aware of all that is going on every step of the way. When she tells you a trade worker will be there at a certain date and time you can be guaranteed of it.
I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Still Waters Kitchen & Bath for your renovation.

It has been a pleasure from start to finish working with Still Waters. They were very patient and helpful during the planning of my bathroom renovation. There are many choices and decisions to be made in a bathroom renovation and they were very helpful with both design and practical suggestions. Once I was happy with the fixtures and finishes I had chosen, the work was carried out in a professional, timely and courteous manner. Various skilled tradespeople worked on my home and I have been very happy with the work performed and in addition, they were all polite and courteous. Any concerns or questions I had were always dealt with right away. I haven't had to call them for any follow up issues but I feel confident that they will stand behind their work. I'm very happy with my new bathroom and I have no hesitation in recommending Still Waters.
