Couldn't match the stone to the picture I ordered. They sent me a marble coaster instead of a rock, the expectation was a volleyball sized chunk of rock. I can't believe the lack of value and total disregard for making it right.

Have been waiting for my stone for almost two months. I have sent multiple emails called both numbers for the company and received zero feed back. The loss of our family pet seems like a wound that will not heal as we are waiting to place his stone and begin our healing process. I understand the covid issue, but couldn't someone from the company reach out and some kinda of reasurrance that we are atleast being taken with some semblance of respect for our lose.

When my 12 year old St. Bernard, Angus, recently passed away I knew I wanted something special as a lasting memorial tribute to him and that's where Stone Engraving Ontario came in by providing me with a beautifully engraved piece of solid granite with his picture, his year of birth and when he passed as well as a brief inscription in his honour. From the day I ordered the tribute until I received it their customer service was superb and I could tell not only do they take pride in their work but also understood what the loss of Angus meant to me. I contacted Stone Engraving Ontario for a memorial stone. I only had 1.5 weeks until the service that I needed it for.
Their customer service was excellent as they replied promptly, were courteous, helpful and very accommodating. They made the whole process extremely easy.
The finished stone and engraving was way beyond my expectations and absolutely beautiful. It was a small fraction of the cost of other companies.

We are a family business located in Alliston Ontario which is about 1 hour and 15 minutes due north of downtown Toronto. This is our full time occupation, our people and vehicles are fully insured with commercial and liability insurance, we are also WSIB compliant.
