Any warranty claims respecting the materials shall be made against the manufacturer pursuant to the warranty provided by it. Shingled Roof – rip/strip and removal of old roof ten (10) years; over top of old roof two (2) years; Flat Roof – rip/strip and removal of old roof five (5) years; over top of old roof one (1) year; Aluminum – installation of new soffit, fascia, eavestrough(s), downpipe or siding five (5) years. Repair warranties are set out in the service agreement. |
