Jay and his crew were fantastic!!! They were efficient, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. Jay always responded promptly when I had a question. Jay and his crew work very hard from the moment they're on site to the end of the job. They make sure to clean up and watch over every detail.
I highly recommend Jay and his crew.

Jay and his two workers did a wonderful job replacing 3 fence posts that had broken away due to the wind storm this past week. They showed up on time, were very organized with all the proper tools. It took them about an hour to remove the old posts and dig down to a depth of 4’. New PT 4x4 posts were put in place with fast setting concrete mix, levelled properly and reattached to the existing fence. They worked very efficiently and did not damage any of our shrubs or irrigation piping that was very close to the fence line. In and out in under 2 hours.

Jay and his crew did an excellent job replacing 6 of my fence posts and lattice and fixed my 2 gate fences as an added bonus. These guys are very professional, punctual and courteous. My neighbour and I are highly satisfied with their work and will strongly recommend them.

The guys did a fantastic job on our new 40 foot long privacy fence in our back yard.
We are adjacent busy board walk that traverses the ravine behind our house; our lot is not level and nor is the boardwalk; it was a tricky job to correctly install privacy panels to achieve best privacy effect.
12 foot posts were inserted 4 feet into ground and setting cement used to fix them solidly in the post holes; super privacy lattice panels were then installed.
They did not scrimp on materials or method; they did the work in 5 hours and cleaned up the site nicely.

We just had several of our posts replaced and a few minor repairs done on our 17 year old fence. Jay and his team did a fantastic job. They worked diligently in the pouring rain, were efficient and cleaned up the site prior to leaving. Out of the 3 contractors that we used in the past for our fence repairs, Summer Renovations did the best job for less money. The fence panels are level, secure and the replacement posts solid in the ground. Would highly recommend!

Jay Guan and his team did an excellent job building my 11' X 17' deck in 1 and a half days from scratch and very reasonable price. Everyone else I had called for the estimate said it will take 3 to 5 days. He answered all my questions professionally and patiently. Jay with his two team members did a very professional job and exactly on the time he promised. I would highly recommend Summer Renovations. Very professional! Thank you Jay.
