Received vacuum filters purchased online which do not fit the vacuum for which they are intended. Big gap exist when the filter is installed and the vacuum won't function.
Company refuses to honour its stated online return policy. Avoid!

Filter sent is exactly ordered. All of product is quality checked before it ships out. We sell tons of these filters for years. We think that you might have part of the old filter stuck in where the filter fits, Please take a cloth and clean the gap where the filter fits to remove any debris that might of gotten stuck and isn't allowing the filter to lock.

After searching for quite some time for a new central vacuum, a friend had suggested the nilfisk systems over at superior vacuums. They did a full demonstration for me and explained everything I needed to know about the system and why it is different from all other vacuums. Installation was done during the time promised and they showed me how to operate the system. They are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Definitely have my business! Thanks guys!
