I initially believed Paul to be a dependable contractor, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, I had to resort to filing a claim in small claims court in Richmond Hill. It is with regret that I must caution others against enlisting his services for home renovation projects. He took a cash deposit for a job and never completed it. I had to go to Small Claims Court and I was granted a Certificate of Judgment, and Court Order for him to pay the funds of $7500 + with pre and post judgment interest from a judge January 16 2024. A lien will be registered on his primary residence in Peterborough ON.... (Not Oshawa as this website states.) Do not advance any funds to this individual. I have texts, emails and audio proof.

We were initially a bit hesitant to try a contractor based only on online reviews here, but wow, did it ever turn out well! From the initial consultation to the final visit to finish up the last details, Paul was absolutely amazing. He's extremely professional, efficient, and personable. The quality of work, attention to detail, and the level of knowledge were way beyond our expectations. Renovations can often be stressful and difficult, but he made it easy and enjoyable. We would highly recommend him!
