The owner (Don) of Swiss Electric was the person that came to give me a quote and to answer any questions that I may have. All questions were answered in full and to my understanding. The contract that he provided for the job was very thorough and professional. Don then asked if I wanted, and had enough references for Swiss Electric and his quality of work.
When the work started, Don and his crew arrived early in the morning as promised and set up for the panel replacement/service upgrade. The crew was courteous, clean, and very friendly to me and my family. Arrangements were made by Swiss Electric for the city hydro workers and the inspector to turn off and on the power and inspect the crews work. The timing for this was outstanding. The hydro workers came to turn off the power, Don informed them when they would be ready for power again, and by that time, that day the Swiss Electric crew were done and the city hydro worker was there and ready to turn on the power again. There was no delay, no hiccups, nothing. The job finished with perfect precision. After the work was done Don and the crew took a good hour or so to make sure all outlets and switches were working properly in and around the house, and that the work area was clean. Don and the crew then made sure that we were happy with the work before they left and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions or comment on anything.
Swiss Electric will be recommended to anyone by my wife and myself for any electrical job without hesitation.
