I contacted The Door House on the recommendation of my fellow neighbors and was pleased that I did. I had an idea of the model I wanted, but when I inquired about going with an alternative remote, Al gave me great recommendations as to why I should avoid the product I was thinking about. Randall, the installer, was easy to work with and was punctual (both on arrival time and for the estimated time for the install). The day after the installation, for whatever reason, one of the safety eyes was not functioning properly and Al came out and determined the alignment was off and quickly resolved the issue. I loved the fantastic service from start to finish. I love the product and the service.
