Very disappointed as the promised services looked great; exactly what I was looking for. However, they never delivered. They did not do the inspections promised, did not provide me with a report, and did not even provide notice to the tenants that they were the new management company. I paid for one month (which they did not refund even though the promised services were not provided), then I terminated they agreement. At least they promptly returned the keys. I do not recommend this company - a waste of time.
