We called them because furnace was banging. The guy that came opened cover and said it was fine. We had to call someone else and they still charged 120 for doing nothing.

At first, thought the installation of the new A/C unit in my condo was all great. Then it quit working. When I tried to reach them for a service call - no response. I've been trying for 2 months and still no return calls. I had thought it might be a warranty issue as it is Brand New and only ran a handful of times. I had someone else troubleshoot the situation, and found that the plug on the unit fried, and the electrical socket to the house was also fried. FIRE HAZARD!. A unit requiring more AMPS than my condo residential wiring was meant to handle was installed. They should have known this, should have sold me and installed a unit compatible with the residential wiring ampacity. I have not been successful in getting any communication in effort to resolve the issue. Very frustrated. I will certainly not use this company in future.

This company has been nothing but frustrating! We got a whole new AC unit put in while we were at work. When I finished work I had numerous texts and calls demanding to be paid for the work. When I got home I found out it was not working properly, I called him and he continued to insist I pay. I told him I would pay once it was done and WORKING. He then came and told me I needed a whole new part and told me not to blame him for this part not working (which I never even commented or thought but after him saying this to me who knows) He told me the part would take a month maximum to order in so we paid him and told him we would wait. It has now been two months and I have not heard from him. I have tried calling and leaving voicemails and I received no call backs ever. This company has been nothing but a hassle and extremely frustrating. Take your business else where because I wish I did and still could.
