Many promises, few were fulfilled. Was hired to redesigned and manage the build out of a small existing retail space to meet our needs. Minor renovations, (paint, minor electrical, and other cosmetic changes)
Requested 50% deposit for "design fees"
Presented a timeline of one month for opening, more than 2 months later the project was unfinished.
Found out that another "bigger" project was prioritized.
Overcharged on services provided through the company while insisting that certain work was to be performed through the company. Refused to qualify or breakdown those costs. Lacked transparency and was over budget.
Requested final payment before job was finished, Refused to continue work and then proceeded to try and impede our attempts to have it finished. Removed essential material from the job site and refused to return it. Was paid in full for the material and its installation.
Resulted in missing out on the holiday season which constitutes a large portion of yearly sales.
Was very difficult to communicate with.
Design services were adequate. Project management was a nightmare.
