Work was done well on the date agreed upon. Payment was easy. Scheduling was flexible. Office staff great to deal with. Communication between office staff and service team a little lacking. Advised office staff that holes were marked and plan was taped to back door and not to ring doorbell. Service team rang doorbell, woke up my wife and kids. Office team advised that mailed check would be fine which I agreed to, but service team asked my wife for cash. Would definitely recommend.

The guys showed up on time and worked really hard on our job. Everything was completed in half a day and the job site was spotless when they left. We're really happy with the results and would recommend PPHG.

These guys were great! They are very professional, have all the documentation (WSIB, Insurance and more). They provided a very reasonable quote and set up a site review and then coordinated the locates. The team arrived right on time the day the job was scheduled. The 2 gentlemen were very polite, professional and did excellent work. It was a very hot day and they worked very hard to get the job completed on time.

I would recommend them for any fencing or deck jobs you have.

Ralph and his crew did a wonderful job digging & setting the 12' fence posts so that I could rebuild the side fence myself. They were able to work around big rooted trees and changing elevation. This was the 2nd time i've used The Professional Post Hole Guys and I called them this time because the posts they set for my back fence are still straight & firm, 5 years later! The reasonable cost is well worth it. If I had a complaint it would be the small amounts of spilt concrete on my lawn, but that was easy enough for me to collect once it hardened so it's not an issue. I have finished building the fence as you can see from the picture and couldn't be more happy with it. I would highly recommend them.

The work done by Ralph and his team was excellent. They showed up on time, were very responsive to customer needs (there were actually three customers), were pleasant and competent and the work was excellent. They cleaned up before they left as well. I would not hesitate to recommend their company to anyone for this type of work.

My experience with this company was acceptable. The price was good. Communication was good. They kept on schedule as promised.

The only issue that I had was that I thought they would've removed the piles of sand that were left behind from the digging. It was an assumption of mine since the last fence company that I dealt with cleaned up as well. But I guess that with PPHG, you're paying for digging and install only.

That said, I have already scheduled another dig with them so I would definitely recommend their services.

A very "professional" experience from quoting and scheduling right through to debris removal after the job was completed. Virginia was very responsive and kept me up-to-date as things progressed, e.g. calling Ontario One Call for the locates and following up with them. The two young men that did the work were friendly, hard working and cleaned up after themselves. There were no surprises. I would definitely hire The Professional Post Hole Guy Inc. again.

Arrived on time. Did extra work not quoted on but charged minimally for it. Luckily they did their Homework as on Post Hole was over a Gas Line which I was not aware of. Poles were dead straight both vertically & in Line.

I liked the service and coordination. They worked around my schedule, coordinated gas and electricity markings before digging. The work was good and contractors working the day off were polite and respectful. They were knowledgeable and completed the repairs on time. They were kind to even help with small misc. problems with the fence as well.

This company did an excellent job. They came exactly when the said they would, showed up with 3 men, two trucks, mixer auger and completed the entire job in about 10 hours over 1 1/2 days. Did a great clean up job as well. I would highly recommend them.
