Andrew Ravenscrift present himself as trustworthy and reliable professional.
He started our project with enthusiasm, however when he was about 3/4 of the work done, he approached and asked money to be paid upfront. Then he went to another job and promised to come and complete in few days.
And here problems started revealing. The seal which he applied at minus temps - failed and $1,400 we paid him was wasted. The sand - washed away with first rain. Interlock is sinking. Edges are not cut properly. Coping stones around pool which he set on cement at minus temperatures- failed to stick and lose now. Silicone wasn’t applied. His website is no longer active and his only phone “out of service”. Be aware!!!
