The Sprinkler King

Recently the Sprinkler King family did an installation for me. I was really impressed with their efficiency and knowledge, but what made the experience exceptional, was the the way the family worked as a team, and their integrity they demonstrated.

Sprinkler King recently installed a sprinkler system at our home for lawns and gardens. This is a 5 star company. Their work was of high quality. Sprinkler King is reliable and trustworthy.

Because our long time “go to sprinkler company” was sold, we had to look elsewhere

for servicing our sprinkler system, thus explaining why we’ve only been with Sprinkler King for a few years now, and if the good service we’ve experienced thus far is their norm, we hope to be with them for a whole lot longer!

We gave the company who bought out our original service people a chance, but they

failed in every category, so we were forced to look elsewhere. It’s not as easy as one

might think, to find quality workmanship, reasonable rates, excellent communication, within reason timeliness & to top it all off, Sprinkler King also happens to be a Family Business, so most of the time we get 3 for one! How can anyone beat that bargain?

We’ve given this Sprinkler King Company the highest marks possible ‘cause giving them

anything lower just wouldn’t be fair!

Your the best Sprinkler company!!

Gord is very hard to reach and doesn't return calls or emails. Our sprinkler system has not been running adequately for a few seasons now. Grass died last season. Still hasn't come by this season to repair and get system up and running. Very frustrating.

My criteria for hiring an irrigation company is as follows:

1}good value for my money,2] products that are of commercial grade to ensure a system that will last into the future,3]clean work, and 4] ease of use. Well let me tell you, Gord and his team exceeded my high expectations on all of my criteria's. They are professional, knowledgable, work great as a team and most importantly over delivered on their promises. I received exceptional value for my money and would highly recommend Sprinkler King to anyone, and have done so with several friends and neighbours. If you are looking for an irrigation system, you would be doing yourself a disservice by not using Sprinkler King.

It's not often that companies will deliver on their promises, in Gord's case he over delivered on all of his promises.I don't only have a great irrigation system but also have the peace of mind knowing that Gord and his team are and will be there when I need them.

We are very, very disappointed with The Sprinkler King's after sales service!! We got the system installed in 2014, and every time we have had issues with the system and tried calling them, we never get an answer/phone call back from them, until the end of the season, in Fall, when they have to come winterize the system (take out the air pressure in the pipes), and for which we pay $40. This year, 2016, we laid new sod costing us close to $2000. We called Sprinkler King end May, 2016, to request if they could help reset the angle and pressure of the sprinkler, as the new grass was dying from not getting water from the sprinklers. We left several phone messages, texts, even sent them an email through their web site, but to date, August 23, 2016, we have not received a call back!!!!! So they not only failed in their warranty of 10 years of Labour (as indicated in the contract), but also cared a damn, that our grass was dying!!!

We now purchased the rotator sprinklers from Canadian Tire.

Please DO NOT hire this company to do your irrigation system. Sadly, a senior couple who came to visit us at the time Sprinkler King was in to do our irrigation, fell for them, and have since lost precious plants and shrubs due to the same reason.

Very Very Very poor after sales service.
