As regards the HISTORY in flooring: working on outfitting entire high rises in false creek vancouver, also outfitting entire condos etc. therefore we regularly float foundation floors and are apt in this category, we have worked on Onni projects, PCL projects etc., we do renos and newly constructed houses. Subfloors: We do it all to make your floors flat. If the houses sub floor is really out of whack we can uplift the plywood subfloor and shave the floor joists with a planer, otherwise we will just plane the small hump in the floor. We can "surgically" remove hardwood boards if the floor has been damaged using only a swiss army knife, kidding. But we do remove boards. We install wooden sub floors as well.
