This Kyle guy gave me a quote and asked for a $600 deposit. In good faith I e-transferred him money that he said he needed for materials. Never did the work and claims he's had all these issues both personal and work. Won't refund my money citing he's owed money from past work which he never got paid for. It's been two months now and he still won't refund any of my money. He makes excuses. Do not trust him.

I had Kyle give me a quote and a date for service. He asked for 400.00 advance to pay for the materials. My mistake - should never pay up front. I booked a hotel room for 2 days so that job could get done - the morning of appointment, Kyle did not show up. Further to that he did not call. I finally was able to track someone down at his phone number - they said he had a medical emergency (but did not go to doctor, hospital or anything else). Tried rebooking - so sick - so he says. Note: first booking time was for early March 2022 - I just moved into my home and needed the work done. It is now end of July 2022 - and I have never heard so many excuses for not showing up. I am a senior on limited income and would love to have my money back. I had to have someone else do the job - for significantly less than what Kyle - TM Textures quoted me.

Do not use this company. Numerous texts and numerous phone calls and still after 6 months of trying to get the job completely done it is not. Excuse after one another and promise dates to complete job to the extreme. While a nice guy a very poor business man that really dropped the ball on our job.
